3rd Stoneleigh (Methodist) Scout Group is a vibrant, community-focused Scout Group in Epsom & Ewell District, committed to delivering the Scouting programme to young people of all backgrounds and abilities. The Group’s purpose is to deliver “Skills for Life” by offering a carefully planned programme that blends outdoor adventure, creativity, teamwork and leadership development. Members take part in a range of activities including camping, hiking, swimming, abseiling, cycling, canoeing and collaborative team challenges, all designed to build practical skills, resilience and confidence. The Group is part of the global Scouting movement and upholds the core values of respect for oneself, others and the environment while making a positive impact in the local community.

3rd Stoneleigh (Methodist) Scout Group has grown as part of the local Stoneleigh community and reflects the core values of the Scouting movement. The Group’s identity is rooted in offering purposeful and enjoyable activities that encourage young people to develop confidence, cooperation and practical life skills through adventurous experiences.

3rd Stoneleigh (Methodist) Scout Group is based at Stoneleigh Methodist Church, 1 The Crescent, Stoneleigh, KT19 0RT, where weekly section meetings take place in dedicated indoor spaces. The church hall and associated facilities provide flexible areas suitable for games, skills sessions, planning activities and indoor badge work for all sections. 

The location within Stoneleigh makes it convenient for families across the area and supports a varied programme that incorporates both indoor and outdoor elements. The Group’s headquarters serves as the central hub for weekly activities, parent engagement, planning sessions and preparation for camps and extended adventures.
