Key Responsibilities
Volunteer Onboarding
• Coordinate virtual or in-person welcome sessions each half term.
• Provide clear overview of Scouting structure, values, and expectations.
• Direct new volunteers to relevant training and contacts.
Support & Retention
• Act as initial point of contact for new volunteers.
• Ensure smooth handover to Group or District leadership teams.
• Gather feedback to improve onboarding experience.
